The fine print, plainly: your Order Link runs on free-to-start accounts you own (Airtable free up to 1,000 orders; Cloudflare Pages free; Netlify free tier — 300 credits/month, $9/month Personal plan recommended for reliability), plus your payment processor's standard transaction fees. The $147 build fee is one time and includes one round of tweaks. Bigger catalog changes are a $75 flat update, or a small monthly maintenance plan if you'd rather never touch it.
One structural note: your Order Link runs on an Airtable table. Stick to editing values inside existing columns and you will never have a problem. Renaming or deleting columns will break the page, and repair work is billed at the flat update rate.

No. The Order Link is its own hosted page. Your products and prices live on it, and you get paid through your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square account — free to open. If you want orders flowing into an existing Shopify store, that is an add-on.
Every order arrives with the exact computed total. You send one pay link from your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square for that amount, and you do not start the work until it is paid. Your money never touches anyone else's account, and I never hold your passwords.
Live within 5 business days after your intake form is complete. The faster your products and brand info come in, the faster it is live.

Airtable free tier supports up to 1,000 orders per base. Claude Pro ($20/month) is the one required paid tool; the free plan has usage limits too restrictive for a live build session. Your Order Link is built on tools you own. These include Airtable, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify (as an alternative hosting option), Claude (Anthropic), and your chosen payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Square). Most are free to start; Claude Pro ($20/month) is required for the DIY training tiers.
Important disclosures:
Your Order Link will be live within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. The timeline begins when the intake form is fully submitted — not when payment is received. Delays in completing the intake form extend the delivery window accordingly. Flair Dynamiq™ will notify you of any delay caused on our end.
Because this is a custom-built service, the $147 fee is non-refundable once your intake form has been submitted and build work has begun. If you pay and do not submit your intake form within 30 days, you may request a full refund or a credit toward a future service. No refunds are issued after delivery of the completed Order Link.
The Order Link build delivered to you is yours to use, edit, and operate. The underlying build methodology, templates, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Flair Dynamiq™ / SLM Legacy Group LLC. The DIY Training product is licensed to you for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
